A camera is a very handy tool for positioning engraves or cuts on objects, especially objects that are oddly shaped or that require precise positioning.

First step is installing the camera.

There are several versions of the cameras you may have for your laser, all require the same calibration process.

Our lenses are optional upgrades that allow for a wider range of projects and materials to be cut. Much like a camera, lenses have a focal length and that focal length determines how far from the lens the beam can stay concentrated and in focus. The more concentrated the beam, the more power it will have to cut through materials.

The Nova machines come with a standard 2″ lens with upgrades to a 4″ lens and High Resolution (HR) lens available.

Our Odin and Bolt machines come with a 1.5″, with a 2.5″, and 4″ upgrades available. The Lens assembly for the Odin and Bolt are the same style of laser head.
