Free Thunder Laser Training

Before you sign up and take your 1 hour free  Thunder Laser training session, please ensure you do the following:

• • Make sure you have your laser unboxed and ready to use. This includes setting up your workspace and setting your laser on a work bench (if applicable).
    • • Unboxing your Laser
      • Important unboxing considerations
      • Getting Nova Series Machines Through A Standard 30″ Doorway

• • Lightburn installed – its okay if you haven’t gotten a code or set your registration up yet, lightburn gives you a fully capable 30 day free trial period 
  • Access and watch videos from the Thunder Laser Training Academy
  • You should try to complete the ‘First Steps’ series, but also the

• • • • Testing Materials Video
      • Manual & Auto Focus
      • Cleaning Lenses and Mirrors

• • • • Attempt to run a Materials TEST FILE CARD from LightBurn (its okay if it doesn’t work out properly, we can help with that)

However, if you’re looking to get the most out of your training session, we would recommend:

• • Attempt a cut /engrave of your own. Even if you don’t get the results you want, we can help you find out what went wrong, and how to get you there
  • Try multiple materials
